Hey!
This is a simple coloring tutorial.. Hope you find it useful :)
First, let me tell you that this tutorial works better for clear images/screencaps with very good quality. So choose your base very carefully. I picked this cap by
throw_elijah.
Crop at resize it to 100x100.
01.
Duplicate your base and set it to screen as many times as needed. I did it three times.

02.
Create a new layer, fill with #011634, and set it to exclusion. Duplicate this layer, so you have two exclusion layers.

03.
Create a new layer, fill with #66CC9A, and set it to soft light.
-> 
04.
Create a new layer, fill with #86AFEC, and set it to soft light.
-> 
05.
Create a new layer, press ctrl+shift+alt+e and set it to linear burn.
-> 
06.
Duplicate your base, move it to the top and set to soft light. If you think it's needed, duplicate this layer.
-> 
07.
Make a curves adjustment layer.
RGB
Input: 105; Output: 65
Red
Input: 168; Output: 159
Green
Input: 137; Output: 124
Blue
Input: 105; Output: 115
Set this layer's opacity to 50%
08.
Make another curves adjustment layer.
RGB
Input: 71; Output: 96
And you're done! :)
